General Return Policy
Accepted product condition: Only new, unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
Return window: Products must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Return method: Returns must be shipped back to our designated return address.
Currency: All refunds will be processed in USD.
Restocking fee: No restocking fee applies.
Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the return.
Return label: The customer is responsible for the return label and shipping costs.
Refunds
You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund, exchange, or replacement according to your request.
If a customer cancels an order before shipment, a 3% fee will be deducted to cover the credit card processing charges incurred by Airwoods.
