Shipping Notice

Shipping Time:
Please note that the transit time is only an estimate, Once the goods have left our facility, we have very limited control over the final delivery time and it will take around 30 days for shipping or more. While shipping delays are uncommon, we kindly ask for your patience and cooperation with the shipping company in case of any unexpected delays.

Shipping Damage:
If the machine is damaged during transportation, the customer is responsible for accepting the goods (regardless of the condition) and reporting the damage to AIRWOODS immediately without opening the packaging. AIRWOODS reserves the right to decide whether to send replacement parts (e.g., panels) or request the machine be returned to our factory for repair, depending on the extent of the damage.

Storage Fees:
Any storage fees incurred due to the customer's inability to receive the goods will be borne by the customer. If the customer refuses to pay the storage fees, the machine will be returned to AIRWOODS, and we will issue a refund after deducting the storage fees, shipping costs, and restocking fees.
Please note: We will notify the customer by email with an estimated delivery date before the machine leaves the factory.
